Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing fault.

Ensure the items are clean, hair-free, and in their original packaging with all tags attached before placing them into a secure outer mailing bag or box.

Dispatch Your Parcel

Send your package via a tracked courier service to our returns department at Equiport, 1-2 Warren Court, Knutsford, keeping your postage receipt as proof of delivery.
