Created in collaboration with top showjumper Marcus Ehning, the Veredus Carbon Shield Overreach Boots are engineered for precision fit and advanced protection in the ring.

Anatomically shaped to contour around the horse’s heel, these boots offer a close, secure fit that minimises movement and maximises protection.

The outer shell is made from an ultra-tough polyurethane compound that remains flexible even in extreme temperatures, delivering reliable defence against knocks and abrasion.

Two discreet carbon ‘shields’ at the heel absorb impact where it’s most needed, backed by a slim internal gel layer that adds extra shock absorption without bulk.

Fitted with a smart dual fastening system: an elastic strap with quick-release Flextan tips anchors the boot at the hoof wall, while a soft neoprene wrap with Velcro ensures a snug, comfortable fit around the pastern.

The stainless steel fastenings are easy to handle, with secure-locking holes that prevent accidental release during training or competition.

Important fitting note: The Carbon Shield is designed specifically for showjumping and is not suitable for cross-country or endurance use. It performs best on hooves with standard heel height and may not sit correctly on horses with very low heels. Avoid using hoof oil before fitting to ensure stability.
