Certified to multiple safety standards, including British BETA Level 3 2018, EN 13158 Level 3, and NF S72‑800 2022, the X’Air Safe is fully suitable for cross-country use - offering riders peace of mind for training and competition.

Meticulously engineered with premium technical materials, the outer shell uses military‑grade cordura for exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing and UV exposure, while the 3D mesh interior ensures breathability and all‑day comfort.

Inside, a dual‑foam system combines dense shock distribution layers with rubber‑based impact foams also used in ballistic protection - resulting in superior energy management without compromising mobility. 

The integrated airbag deploys via an ultra‑fast gas generator and patented lanyard system, achieving full inflation in just milliseconds to protect your torso when it matters most.

Warranty

The Freejump X'Air Safe comes with a two-year warranty as standard. This is extended by a further two years when the product is registered on the Freejump website with the unique serial number on each item.

Air canisters

One X'Air Safe air canister is supplied with each vest sold in the UK: 18g for sizes XXS to XST, 20g for size S, 24g for sizes ST and M, and 33g for sizes MT to XL. It is vital to use only new X'Air Safe cartridges of the same volume to ensure optimum safety.

Please note that we can only ship air canisters within the UK. If a Freejump X'Air Safe is purchased for international delivery, it will be shipped without the air cartridge. We will happily put you in touch with a Freejump representative in your country to supply the cartridge.
